But after a school year of shaving cream fights, constant study time interruptions, and lack of privacy, students cannot wait to get out of the dorm room and into an apartment rental. However, a lot is involved with apartment rentals. Living in a dorm room is not too different from mom and dads. Your room is assigned, the necessary furniture is supplied, and there is not much more freedom. On the other hand, with apartment rentals a student has to buy his own furniture, get the cable television installed, and pay utility bills. This is a lot of responsibility for someone who has to maintain a students life by going to class during the day and studying at night. But you do not have to be a Valedictorian to figure it all out.
